| New infant sized costumes perfect for your
tiniest Sailor Scouts. Dress is made with full skirt and attached collar and bows. Comes with matching panties and
tiara. Made of a cotton/polyester fabric. Tiara is covered with gold lamme, and has
elastic back strap and scout jewel. Outfits vary slightly depending on which scout you choose. Collars for Sailor Moon, Mini
Moon, Jupiter, and Mercury have two rows of white grosgrain ribbon trim; Mars, Venus, and Saturn have one row, while
Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto have no ribbon trim. Sleeves also vary based on character (and season). Wands and
staffs not included. Buttons on front bow may be purchased from Dezzy's Play Ground.
