Also, please note, I do charge sales tax to local customers- 5.1% . Acceptable payments include cash (prefered) and personal checks. I do require identification and current address/telephone number for checks and charge a $25.00 service fee on all returned checks. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card, please use the paypal shopping carts on the web site as I cannot accept them any other way.

To use PayPal to pay for local orders (customer pick up only), please supply me with what you are ordering, your name, and your PayPal registered e-mail addy. I will e-mail you a PayPal invoice. Just follow the instructions in the e-mail.

I require payment in ADVANCE unless you supply the fabric.

Deadlines and Closings
Must e-mail and inform me that it is needed for the occassion or it will be produced in order and may not arrive on time.
Please figure 4 weeks prior to event for deadlines.

Models Needed!

I am looking for people interested in modeling my clothing, photos to be displayed online as well as in flyers and various other advertising. Male, female, young or old. Minors must have parental consent. Must be able to sign a release. Also, I do not travel so you must be in the Neosho/Seneca area.

*Photos will be taken in outdoor, public locations (local parks, downtown square, etc.).
*I take all photos myself.
*I require a signed and notorized release giving me permission to use your image in connection with Gothique Rose Apparel.
*Payment will be either in the form of $10.00 per session OR the clothing modeled OR a 10% discount on any item, to be discussed.

Mainly needing male models at this time, but females may inquire.
