We currently are unable to fulfil international order placed through this site. All international orders must go through our Etsy shop.

To place an order, please contact our customer service department via text, email, or chat. You may also contact us through our Etsy shop. Provide the details of the item you wish to purchase (name, description, product code, size, color). We will create a private listing in our Etsy shop for you and send you the link. Simply click buy it now or add to cart on the product page.

Etsy automatically calculates all shipping, tarrif, and sales tax. Once you are ready, click on proceed to checkout and follow the instructions.

If you need to contact us for any reason, you will need to have some information handy.

2. The name and e-mail address used on the order
3. What was ordered

All orders must be paid in full prior to production. Your order will not be scheduled for production until your payment is received..

Esty will provide an estimated delivery time for you. This includes our production time as well as expected shipping times.

You may go to Etsy at any time to check the status of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. You can use this to track your order.

*Production time on most items will be listed under "lead period" on the product page.

*Rush Service is available by special request for an adidtional fee ($20 & up) - based on the size of the order and how quickly it is needed. This fee will be added to the product price on Etsy.
